How to explain a Education Coordinator to your child

An Education Coordinator helps teachers and students learn better by organizing everything that happens in a school or learning program. They might plan teacher training workshops, choose new books and supplies for classrooms, create schedules so everyone knows when special activities happen, or meet with teachers to talk about what's working and what could be better. They use computers, calendars, and lots of checklists to keep track of it all. For example, if a school wants to start a new science program, the Education Coordinator figures out what materials to buy, when to train the teachers, and how to tell families about it.

This job matters because when learning programs are organized well, teachers can focus on teaching and kids can focus on learning.
