They work with engineers, designers, and other teams to find out where errors are sneaking in and help fix them before anyone uses that information.

This matters because so many things we use every day depend on correct information. When you search for a video, order a pizza, or your parent checks the weather on their phone, computers are reading information to help you. If that information is messy or wrong, you might get the wrong delivery address, or a doctor might see the wrong patient's medicine list.
