How to explain a Facilities Coordinator to your child

A Facilities Coordinator makes sure the building where people work or visit is running smoothly every single day. They check that lights work, bathrooms are clean, the heat or air conditioning is comfortable, and that broken things get fixed quickly. They talk to repair workers, cleaning crews, and delivery people, and they keep track of everything on their computer or clipboard. For example, if someone says a door won't lock or the elevator is making a weird noise, the Facilities Coordinator calls the right person to come fix it.
